MSG Eumetcast Satellite Receiving System

The Eumetcast Earth Station is a satellite receiving system designed to receive image and data meteorological products broadcast by EUMETSAT via the Eumetcast dissemination method.

Launched in 2017, the JPSS-1 has officially become NOAA-20, the first in a series of new environmental polar orbiting satellites. JPSS has sensors to measure atmospheric, terrestrial and oceanic conditions, including: sea and land surface temperatures, vegetation, clouds, water vapor, rainfall, snow and ice cover, fire locations and smoke plumes, volcanic ash and gas. The Morcom ground receiving system is PC-based and operates in an interactive user environment. In addition to a PC workstation, the system includes a fully automatic tracking antenna, ingesting, and processing software. We provide a full range of options for this system including mass storage devices, high quality color printers, and UPS Systems.
