Multichannel Monitoring & Surveillance System

Capable of receiving and recording radio communications on several channels simultaneously, as well as automatically making decisions based on user-specified circumstances, these systems represent a breakthrough in surveillance and monitoring.

The Winradio MS-8118/G3 Multichannel Monitoring System provides a fully integrated solution, specifically designed for computer-controlled automatic monitoring of frequencies ranging from VLF frequencies up to low microwave, in all major modulation modes. The system is designed to monitor radio frequencies on multiple channels simultaneously, record digitized signals on the hard disk for easy later retrieval, and perform automatic decisions based on the received signals.

Frequencies from 9 kHz up to 8.6 GHz can be monitored and logged. The receivers offers an unparalleled flexibility given their software-defined architecture, excellent dynamic range, and high sensitivity. The MS-8118/G3 Multichannel Radio Monitoring System can be custom-fitted with a combination of receivers for different frequency ranges and capabilities, thereby optimizing the system for a specific application at a minimum cost. Ask about our Client/Server option which allows for the remote operation of the complete system via TCP/IP connection.

Portable Field Strength Logging and Surveillance SystemPFSL-G3 Portable Field Strength Logging and Surveillance System

This portable system is specifically designed for mobile "drive-by" signal coverage measurements, field strength mapping, mobile surveillance and other similar operations. The unit employs an integrated GPS receiver to display and store geographical coordinates of the measured signal. The logged data include time, date, latitude, longitude and altitude.

The signal level can be measured in µV, dBm or S-units, and field strength can be displayed in µV/m or dBµV/m. Instantaneous, peak or average values can be shown, calculated over user-definable intervals. Either the WR-G313e or the WR-G315e receivers are used by this unit, therefore the frequency range can be from 9 kHz to 1800 MHz.

The contents of the logs have a flexible format, defined by the user, making the data easy to import into popular GIS packages for further processing. A provision also exists to specify the antenna factor of calibrated antennas for various frequencies, to achieve accurate measurements of field strength.

This system is enclosed in a ruggedized easily transported enclosure, which contains the control computer, the receiver and rechargeable battery. It can be powered from three sources: Internal rechargeable batteries, a vehicle's 12V DC power outlet or mains power. Leads to connect to mains and the vehicle power outlet are included. The enclosure features dual fans for cooling and built-in fuses protect system components. The GPS, receiver antenna and power connectors are easily accessible.

The WiNRADiO MS-8118/WSB Sonobuoy Telemetry Multichannel Receiving System provides an elegant, fully integrated solution, specifically designed for reception and monitoring of VHF telemetry transmitters, in particular sonobuoy transmitters, on multiple channels. With a frequency range of 136.000 -173.500 MHz this receiver is ideal to collect signals from several marine sonobuoys simultaneously (we also offer single channel receivers).

The MS-8118/WSB software makes it possible for the user to control each individual receiver separately and observe its operational status, as well as set the system parameters for multichannel reception and monitoring operations

The MS-8323 Multichannel Telemetry Receiver System is suitable for reception, tracking and demodulating of FM radio signals of telemetry transmitters. The 8-channel system is easily scalable up to 72 simultaneous independent channels. The standard frequency range for the receivers is 35 - 150 MHz (it can be modified upon request).

This system is based on a 19” rack-mounted industrial computer. The front panel features a high-contrast wide-angle display. There is a provision for connection of an external monitor, keyboard and mouse.

The unit is capable of unattended operation and, when used with the Remote Monitoring Option software, it can be operated remotely.
